Royal Gala Tours was founded by the Gubler family, who have lived in the Mullalyup area (in the northern reaches of Blackwood River Valley), for three generations. The Gubler family has an extensive history with the Blackwood River Valley region, and have been involved in many of the industries of the area over the last 95 years.

In the early 1900’s the Mullalyup region was predominately dedicated to the commencing of the fruit industry in Western Australia – and to this day the rolling hills of Mullalyup and its surrounds continue to be carpeted with an amazing display of pink and white blossoms in the springtime.

Every season in this sometimes forgotten valley of South West, has its own unique signature – the crisp frost tipped misty mornings, the magic and brilliance of the autumn displays, the heralding of new growth in springtime with its cheerful floral bush land exhibits.
