The south wing is above Ascot Sportshouse & Eatery, while reception is located in the north wing next to Night n Day. The motel offers a choice of 13 ensuited studio units, with interconnecting rooms for families, as well as a bunk room for larger groups.

All heated guest rooms offer electric blankets and a desk. They have a toaster and tea and coffee making facilities.
