Visitors can enjoy a picnic or a barbecue in the serene surroundings of the reserve. Picnic tables, toilets, and barbecue facilities are available for public use.

It’s a perfect spot to sit back and relax while taking in the stunning views of the Snowy Mountains and the Monaro Plains. Mount Gladstone Cooma is open for visitors throughout the year, and each season offers its unique charm.

In spring, the reserve explodes with vibrant colors as wildflowers bloom, making it an ideal time for nature lovers. Autumn is another beautiful season, with mild climate and beautiful red and yellow foliage, making it the perfect time for couples and families to visit.

Maps are available at the Cooma Visitors Centre. Visitors can drive, bike or walk along Bobundara Road, and easily follow the signs to access the Mount Gladstone Nature Reserve
