When Cameron was looking for a home for his budding new gin, the South West was always a stand-out choice. Surrounded by towering forest and only minutes from the stunning coastline, Margaret River Distilling Co was established just outside of town amongst the native Peppermint trees.
Our venue manager works closely with our chefs to imagine a menu that incorporates the freshest produce from the region, with meat from Mahogany Meat and Farmhouse Meat, and seasonal fruit and vegetables straight out of the ground from Garden Basket. If you are after the full ‘Giniversity Experience’ our Gin Blending Class is the best way to immerse yourself in the wonderful world of gin.
Learn all about its fascinating history, take a tour of our working still and find out how we make our gins, then try your hand at blending your very own bespoke gin recipe. As a Giniversity graduate you will take home a 500ml bottle of your gin to enjoy!
