Francois Peron National Park is a things to do venue in Denham, Western Australia.

It is part of the Shark Bay World Heritage area and covers an area of 52,500 hectares. The park is named after Francois Peron, a French zoologist and explorer who was part of scientific expeditions to Western Australia in the early 1800s.

The area has a rich history and cultural significance, with Aboriginal Australians inhabiting the area for over 26,000 years. The local Malgana people call the area Wulyibidi.

French explorers also utilized the area and established locations such as Guichenault, Cape Lesueur, and Lake Montbazin. In the 1880s, a pearling camp was established on the peninsula, and remnants of shells can still be found along the beach.

Francois Peron National Park is surrounded by the Shark Bay Marine Park and is accessible from the Denham to Monkey Mia road. The nearest towns are Denham and Carnarvon.

The park offers picnic, camping, and boat launching areas along the west coast of the Peninsula. Visitors can explore the park and its wildlife at sites such as Big Lagoon Camping Area, Cape Lesueur Camping Area, Cattle Well Camping Area, South Gregories Picnic Area, Gregories Camping Area, and Bottle Bay Picnic Area.
