Chef Malcom Chow has honed his skills in some of the best restaurants in Australia including Vue de Monde in Melbourne, Tetsuya's in Sydney and Studio Bistro in Yallingup. In order to bring Chow’s Table to you, he has returned to his Malaysian/Chinese roots, paying homage to his cultural background and taking inspiration from his mother, a wonderful cook in her own right, and the dishes of his childhood.
Why not try their Roasted mum’s sambal fish fillet and thai eggplant with fungi, herb salad and lemongrass dressing, or Steam radish cake with radish salad, asparagus, sweet black vinegar‘. Try the asian infused Cheesecake for dessert spiced with kaffir lime, ginger crumb and jackfruit ice cream.
