By day Willing Coffee brew an ever changing selection of beans from around the world alongside our signature house blend. By night Bar Vino is a place to gather, for a glass of wine on your way home or to settle in and relax for the evening.

An extensive wine list featuring more than 150 wines has been carefully curated and sits alongside a simple yet considered menu of seasonally inspired Italian classics. Inspired by years of travel through Italy, our menu honours the seasonal flavours that celebrate our land and coastline.

Our chef sources the highest quality local produce to create simply delicious dishes presented with a refined technique. Take a journey of discovery, or to a memory of a place you once visited.

Our wine team can introduce you into a new wine experience or guide you to dive deeper into a region or variety you already know and love. Our largely Italian wine list champions Sangiovese, the native red grape of Tuscany.

Perfectly suited to our Mediterranean style climate it is the hero of some of the world’s most sublime wines. Expressing the land upon which it is grown, wonderfully aromatic with great freshness and terrific finesse in the cooler regions, to full bodied, deep, velvety and complex in the warmer.

Balanced and able to partner with an amazing array of food, you will find the wines of Chianti Classico, Montalcino and a smattering of Super Tuscans well represented. Our meticulously curated, ever evolving list features wines from our favourite regions and producers all over Italy, France and Australia.
