The Seaford Foreshore Reserve is a five-kilometre trail that begins at Keats Park and ends at Mile Bridge. The trail passes through Coastal Banksia Woodland alongside the sand dunes, offering panoramic views of the coastline. It is an easy walking trail suitable for prams, wheelchairs, and dogs are welcome on leads. The trail is one of the highlights of the Frankston Coastal Arts Trail, featuring sculptures inspired by the region's natural surroundings.

For those who are up for a walk, a return walk is possible through Kananook Creek Reserve. It runs parallel to the foreshore on the other side of the Nepean Highway. The walking trail is picturesque, and visitors can enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the creek.
