Established in the late 1990s, this multi-award-winning distillery holds the title of Australia's oldest continuously operating single malt distillery. The distillery boasts a visitor center receiving approximately 35,000 visitors annually, featuring a bistro with delicious meals and stunning views of the Emu Valley. The center is open daily from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm and offers the Whisky Walk tour, providing a deep dive into the history of Australia's most unconventional distillery and the chance for patrons to pour, wax seal, and authenticate their own limited release bottle of Hellyers Road Distiller’s Choice 20-year-old single malt whisky directly from the cask.
