A collaboration between good friends, Billy Phillips and Taryn + Dylan from LS Merchants. A dream come true Billy is an award winning mixologists, quite famous around these parts for his cocktail wizardry and tendency to party hard.
Dylan and Taryn created LS Merchants for the love of good wine, without the wankiness. Friends for many years and now business partners in Rhum Burgundy.
Dylan has crafted an extensive, international wine list while Billy will never stop experimenting and creating cocktail magic in a glass.
