is a brewery located in Marrickville, New South Wales. The venue is open 7 days a week and features a popular tasting bar with 12 taps of brewery fresh beer, including their core range, seasonal, and “one-off” beers.

The brewery occupies a large space, with half of the floor space dedicated to the brewery itself and the other half featuring tables and chairs, as well as a pool table. It has a relaxed and casual atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy beers and some good food.

The brewery offers a range of food options, including burgers, fries, and other pub-style fare. Visitors can expect to find a variety of beers on tap, including pale ales, IPAs, stouts, and more.

The brewery was founded by three home brewers, Matt King, Glenn Wignall, and Trent Evans, who started brewing in their kitchens before moving on to gypsy brewing in the Young Henrys facilities. The brewery has since grown and expanded, with the owners purchasing their own tank and installing it at the Newtown brew house.

It took a year and a half of searching to find a venue, and the Grifter crew wanted to create a space that was welcoming and accessible to everyone.
