Rock Lily is the only place in Australia where many of these tequilas can be found. The venue also has the biggest selection of whiskey and tequila in Australia. The drinks menu at Rock Lily features Margaritas as their signature drink, with a traditional ’30s-style Margarita with Grand Marnier, shaken, frozen, or stirred with whatever tequila you choose. In addition to the extensive tequila menu, the venue also has a full bar on site, pouring fresh tap beers, wines, and cocktails. Rock Lily is an intimate, 200-capacity bar that opened in April 2011. The venue boasts regular live music and comedy nights, with an event list featuring something for everyone. The venue hosts free events, including trivia nights and open mic nights. The venue has carved a niche in the Sydney scene, especially in terms of having a venue in the Glebe/Pyrmont area, which remains oddly underrepresented when it comes to live rooms.
