Wendy Jones is a yoga teacher trained in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, a tradition that respects the capabilities of each individual and focuses on the breath, Postures are modified to suit individual needs, ensuring your body is comfortable at all times.
The Spilled the Beans Yoga Boat departs from the Triple J Tours Marina. If you’re coming from town heading west on Victoria Hwy, turn left on to Millington Drive, heading towards Swim Beach. Then take a left on to the gravel road and look for the big orange boats. Parking is available outside the marina on the grassed area.
