There’s nothing better than a nice big bowl of ramen to keep you warm on the colder nights, and in Perth, we are lucky enough to have a host of Japanese restaurants making ramen the traditional way, with pulled noodles, well-seasoned miso-based broth and a perfectly soft-boiled egg. Top that off with a dash of melt-in-your-mouth sliced pork and a sprinkling of nori and you can’t go wrong. Here are a few places to try out.

NAO Ramen

If you’re looking for variety, NAO has you covered. With four different flavours of broth as well as four flavours of noodles, there are endless combinations of ramen to keep you satisfied. Located just across the road from Perth Town Hall, NAO is open every day for your ramen needs, Sunday and Monday 11:30am-3:30pm and Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30am to 6:00pm.
