Description

Aravina Estate was established in 2010 by Perth businessman and sixth generation West Australian, Steve Tobin. Named one of Australia’s “Ten Best New Wineries” (2014) by James Halliday, Aravina Estate offers a mix of memorable experiences for the whole family. While adults enjoy the distinct, quality, regional wines, kids love the European-designed-playground and museums.

The Wines
The first vines were planted in 1986 on prime country in Yallingup and benefits from rich, free-draining lateritic soils, characteristic of the region. The wine-production incorporates some of the world's most innovative viticultural practices, including the use of natural pest reduction remedies and minimal application of sprays. Margaret River’s main wine varieties are all made here, along with Chenin Blanc and Tempranillo.

Wine Tasting
Sample and learn about the wines at the Cellar Door. As there are so many wines to taste, we do charge a $6 tasting fee per person, which is deducted from any wine purchase and complimentary if dining in our restaurant.

Culinary Experiences
The Aravina Estate Restaurant offers fine-dining in an elegant, “Vogue-living” style setting, as reviewed by local critic Rob Broadfield from The West Australian. The menu focuses on local, sustainable produce, sourced from a growing collection of local farmers, as well as estate grown produce. The dishes are designed to pair with the Aravina Estate wines. Bookings are recommended, especially during holiday periods. For something more casual, unwind on the lawn and enjoy a Aravina grazing board or Pizza from our newly opened Pizza Bar. Visit on the weekends and enjoy live gigs on the lawn for the whole family to enjoy.

Unique Highlights
After indulging in stunning food and wine, discover the orchards, gardens and museums too. The Car Museum has an ever-changing range of European classics and Australian muscle cars on display.


The WA Surf Museum chronicles the local surf culture and history with an impressive collection of vintage surfboards and cool memorabilia to check out.

A casual-classy restaurant, cellar door and honey shop with bold eco-architecture where you can watch their signature pastas being made while you taste and dine!

Description

This farmstead meets bistro-style concept employs striking architecture to link nature, landscape and ecological sustainability, resulting in a relaxed, yet classy dining experience with down-to-earth Yallingup flair.

Culinary Experiences
Open for lunch, and also for breakfast on the weekends, enjoy shared plates of cheese and meats or a diverse selection of site-made pasta dishes. The Farm Shop and Cellar Door also offer wine and honey tastings and sell a selection of locally-made foods.

The Pasta
A vast range of pasta is made on site. Watch the pasta being made and buy some to enjoy at home! All pasta is made with top grade semolina flour and fresh eggs, laid by happy Margaret River chickens.

The Wine
Enjoy small-batch wines, handpicked by owners Raminta and Egidijus Rusilas and their family and friends. Wine styles include Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet blends.

Local Honey – 100% Raw & Real
Barnyard 1978 works with local independent beekeepers to deliver varietal honeys from around WA. The range is constantly evolving based on natural supplies. Typically, there are seven or more varieties available for free tastings including Marri, Karri, Red Bell, Wandoo, White Gum and  Blackbutt.

Tip! Leave a voicemail if your call goes unanswered, as the team turn their phones down during lunch service to keep the atmosphere serene for diners.

Established in 2004 Swings & Roundabouts is based in the northern end of the Margaret River wine region. The cellar door & restaurant venue is situated on their vineyard located on the iconic Caves Road, Yallingup and has recently undergone a total renovation. The new space is industrial organic in style and now has a dedicated wine tasting bar, VIP tasting room, sunken fire pit area, huge feasting table set amongst majestic gumtrees & an expansive lawn area with arguably the best views in Margaret River! The atmosphere is friendly, laid back and above all, relaxed!

Description

The vines are planted on sun-drenched northern and western facing slopes overlooking the Indian Ocean. With a maritime climate that is perfect for growing wine grapes, Wills Domain showcases fine, artisanal Margaret River wines with its two old vine vineyards – Yallingup Estate (Est 1985) & Wills Domain Estate (Est 1992).
Wills Domain in Western Australia’s world renown Margaret River wine region is home to the Haunold family, father to son vignerons since 1383.

In 2019/17/15/14 the restaurant received awards for Best Regional Restaurant & 2019 Best Regional Chef by the Western Australian Good Food Guide. Also this year the restaurant received a place in the top 15 list “Most Delicious Restaurants” in Australia according to “Delicious” magazine, and a coveted “Hall of Fame” position in John Lethlean’s “The Australian HOT 50”.The restaurant overlooks rolling vine-covered hills of Yallingup and the seasonal, fine dining menu has a focus on sustainable, wild harvested produce by Head Chef, Seth James.
