    Description

Sitting atop steep terraced slopes and surrounded by virgin bushland, Darlington Estate allows visitors to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Just 35 minutes from Perth, it is a departure not only from the rat race, but also from the ‘production line’ flavour of busy wine regions.

Environmentally friendly viticulture, including the minimal use of fertilisers and chemicals, ensures the integrity of the land and, in turn, the wine. With beautiful indoor and outdoor settings, the winery is perfectly suited to functions. The main building is a stone, wood and glass construction, which blends seamlessly into the natural environment. Overlooking the main restaurant, the Conservatory features a cosy potbelly stove and views down into the valley, making it ideal for intimate dinners.

With magnificent views, the restaurant and its glazed extension – known as the Atrium – are perfect for wedding receptions.
Several outside dining areas are also available for groups of six to 50 people. Darlington Estate’s head chef, Aaron Free, insists on only the freshest local ingredients to create modern Australian dishes with an international flavour. This delectable cuisine, combined with stunning surrounds and a tranquil ambience, makes Darlington Estate
    an impeccable venue choice.
