Heaven NZ Luxury Accommodation is a private villa located in Russell, New Zealand.

The villa offers stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and is elegantly designed with luxurious features. It is suitable for adults only and has three double bedrooms, each with a modern ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has its own private balcony on the lower level, while the two bedrooms on the middle level share a balcony.

The living areas on the top level consist of a lounge, dining area, and kitchen, all with immediate access to the third balcony and breathtaking views over the Pacific Ocean. The villa features indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces, allowing guests to enjoy the cool sea breeze and stunning panoramic views by opening up the bifold doors on all three levels.

The well-fitted kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. The villa also has a fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and showers, and provides dryers and towels. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are available. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed, and guests must observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00.

In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the villa has implemented additional safety and sanitation measures. It does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Cash is not accepted, and the villa accepts cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
