Rivendell Winery Estate

A family owned and operated winery on the corner of Commonage and Wildwood Road in Yallingup. The Cellar Door offers wine tastings and cheese boards, situated on a hill overlooking beautiful gardens.

Rivendell was established in 1985 and is now owned and operated by the Gruenthal family. The estate features acres of glorious manicured gardens, expansive lawns and vineyards. The spacious cellar door opens onto a deck overlooking the gardens. Tastings of the Estate wines are available for visitors along with vineyard platters designed to feed two for lunch or enjoyed as a snack for a small group. The extensive gardens host old fashioned favourites that flower in gay abandon alongside butterflies, birds, and beetles. Relax to the sound of the breeze blowing through the impressive stand of eucalyptus trees while admiring the bright yellow and orange orbs that adorn the citrus trees. There is a levelled lawn area, ideal for marquees for weddings and the summer sundowner concerts, but also offering opportunities for children to play ball with their peers or parents. Rivendell is available as an exclusive venue for private functions, weddings and corporate events. Nine holiday homes are situated on site and feature a range of options from three bedroom rammed earth chalets to modern four bedroom brick houses.
