From the very beginning of my art experiences, my passion was sparked from life drawing sessions and mark making of the exciting human form and figure.
My art has evolved into a blend of mixed media applications composing colour, texture, collage and layers.
The joy for me is the unexpected outcomes, a totally intuitive process. Nothing is predetermined. I love the unexpected serendipity of reconstructing and deconstructing the collage elements in my work. Realism is not important but capturing an essence or an emotive "feel" is what I strive for.
Experimentation is essential, driven by energy and passion. All my work reflects this process and my constant desire to produce art of intriguing depth and mystery. Authenticity and remaining true to myself is crucial.
