Blue Gables is a winery located in the absolutely stunning Gippsland wine region, in Victoria. Established in 2008, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include chardonnay, pinot gris, pinot noir, sangiovese, sauvignon blanc, shiraz, sparkling and rosé. Each year, approximately 1800 cases are produced. Blue Gables welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a restaurant to spend time in and picnic facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
