Jasper Hill is a winery located in the always-scenic Heathcote wine region, in Victoria. Established in 1976, the winery produces a range of wines with varieties that include cabernet, cabernet franc, fiano, nebbiolo, riesling, semillon and shiraz. Each year, approximately 2000 cases are produced. Jasper Hill welcomes visitors to the winery and to taste the wines on offer by appointment only. They also have a range of other facilities to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.
