Located on the east coast of Tasmania, Binalong Bay - Jeanneret Beach is a spectacular 250m stretch of white sand surrounded by dramatic granite outcrops.
It is a wonderful beach for strolling, relaxation, and soaking up the sun. Visitors can also enjoy the view of the granite outcrops and the brilliantly colored lichen that grows on the rocks. The best time to visit is between December and February, and it can be reached by car, bus, or taxi from Hobart. Binalong Bay - Jeanneret Beach is an excellent location for a delightful beach stroll with breathtaking views and a great place for viewing the brilliantly colored lichen growing on the rocks.
