Every project that is undertaken goes through three steps before construction – concept design, 3D modelling, and design development.

The concept design process involves defining the extent of works, the location of various elements, and known services. At this stage, eScape meets with the client to confirm various items from the brief, via sketch design then by a variety of other media. The scheme is then presented to the client, highlighting the features of the design, outlining the selected materials, planting design and other details to illustrate the proposed design intent.
Next, eScape offers clients an additional option for 3D modelling to help visualise structures, pools, boundary walls and screens, seating and the like. The company believes this is a great tool for helping the client visualise the proposed design intent and detailing.

The final step prior to works beginning is the design development phase. This further develops the concept design into a resolved set of detailed drawings, ready for quoting and submission to council to get the project underway.
This includes all necessary information for elements of a design that may require
a development application or planning approval by your local council.
