STEPS Youth Dance Company is a not for profit part-time organisation offering extraordinary dance experiences for young people. STRUT connects quality contemporary dance with audiences and aims to promote innovative choreography and excellent practice by engaging with a diverse community of artists, locally, nationally, and internationally. Since 1990 WAYTCo has provided opportunities for thousands of young Western Australians to engage in theatre through performance, workshops, directing, writing and technical production roles as well as audience members.
West Australian Opera, founded in 1967, is resident company of the beautiful His Majesty’s Theatre where it presents three fully staged operas each year. In addition there is an annual free Opera in the Park event at Supreme Court Gardens, an education and regional touring program program and vibrant young artist concert program.
