Crafting Perth’s first ever premium whiskey from 100% locally sourced West Australian ingredients. From a story of friendship and whiskey, our new distillery in East Perth brings together a team of passionate whiskey lovers that are excited to share our journey with you.

Our whiskey brings together hundreds of years of distilling experience, to bring a taste that has stood the test of time, with great Australian ingredients. Every bottle we distil is a tribute to Vic, his bomber and all the servicemen who loved the recipe – and now to all of those who will love our whiskey for years to come

Our first products 'Crazy Uncle' Moonshine and 'Crazy Uncle Barrel Aged' Moonshine are available from our cellar door, plus many more of the distiller's experimental whiskies.
