Both offering large shaded deck with seating, fully equipped galley & toilet, Coral Bay Ocean Game Fishing Charters / Mahi Mahi Fishing Charters – operate Full and Half day charters all year round** out of Coral Bay which is located in the Heart of the Ningaloo Reef, 1200 kilometres north of Perth.
We offer customers on our Full Day Charters a unique experience in that we not only bottom fish but we do light game fishing also. If light game fishing may not be on your list or you would like a shorter day on the water, we can cater for that as well with our half day bottom fishing only.
Coral Bay and The Ningaloo Reef provides an abundance of fish to be caught, including Blue Marlin, Black Marlin and Stripped Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, Mackerel and Dolphin Fish(Mahi Mahi) whilst game fishing. On the bottom there are Red Emperor, Spangled Emperor, Cod, Perch, Trout, Goldband Snapper, Robinson Sea Bream and many more species.
Both of their boats only fish 12 lines with an option of share lines, or if an additional person would like to them but not fish we can add them to a booking as an observer. Their equipment is top of the range with bottom fishing customers having a choice of Alvey Snapper winches or rods. No hand lines are used.
They offer exclusive Heavy Game Fishing which can be by way of sole or share charter. Black or Blue Marlin along with Pacific Sailfish are a common catch in the waters off Coral Bay. Their 2 Skippers, Bernie Vale and Tony Cockram have a combined total of over 30 years experience on the ocean.
They cater for group bookings for up to 10 persons from 1 day fishing to fishing over a week, including accommodation and travel arrangements.
