This recreational area is located behind the sand dunes near where Seel Creek enters the ocean, providing a great fishing spot.
At Seal Creek a basic campground is set in paperbark bushland approximately 100m from a delightful beach. Getting there is also a treat. The roadside heath along Poison Creek Road is home to Australian bustards, brown falcons, tiny wrens and a stunning display of wildflowers. Even in autumn and summer there are flowers out, particularly the banksias.
Seal Creek campsite in Cape Arid National Park is accessible by 4WD Vehicles only. Seal Creek must be approached via Fisheries Road and Baring Road.
