Description

Upcycle and give new life to your old denim jacket at a Deadly Denim workshop.

Connecting people to Aboriginal culture through artwork on denim

Deadly Denim is a business with a social impact, aiming to be as sustainable as possible. Deadly Denim uses recycled jackets and offers customisation to sew your choice of textile onto your own jacket. Deadly Denim also collaborates to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to qualify as midwives and remain in the profession.

Deadly Denim offers mobile workshops. They will come to us with all of their deadly textiles and sewing machine. As participants, we bring the denim we want to transform into ‘Deadly Denim’ – make your own Deadly Denim jacket or anything else denim.
