Araluen Botanic Park will set the scene for a stunning kaleidoscope of colour during Springtime.
Spanning 14 hectares, featuring 150,000 Tulips in bloom, complimented by 36,000 Spring flowering bulbs against the backdrop of a beautiful bushland setting. For a moment of peace and solitude, terraced garden precincts and jarrah pergola shelters are offered throughout the Park, dating back to the 1930s.
Feast on the delectable delights at the Chalet Healy Café, refurbished and reopened in time for Springtime, or visit Roundhouse to try out the exciting teahouse patisserie menu, with roasted coffee and handmade cakes.
Budding young explorers can join in a treasure hunt to receive a lucky dip prize, or take a selfie with one the magical freedom fairies.
There will be guided walking tours to learn more about the garden plant collections and heritage of Araluen. If you want to try your hand at painting, Cabernet and Canvas will host art classes, or if you prefer a more active experience, then book a hike with The Hiking Collective.
