Indigenous Olympians Outdoor Exhibition
Brookfield Place will be celebrating NAIDOC Week 2021 with a specially curated Indigenous Olympians outdoor exhibition - a great opportunity for Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians to come together to recognise our rich history, culture and sporting achievements. NAIDOC Week is celebrated not only in Aboriginal communities, but by Australians from all walks of life, with this year’s theme being ‘Heal Country, heal our nation’.
The specially curated outdoor exhibition will feature Olympians Patrick Johnson, Kathy Freeman, Bradly Hoare, Paul Flemming and Becky Smith. Read their stories and what 'Heal Country, heal our nation' means to them. Sunday 4 July to Friday 9 July. Located in the Heritage Square (opposite Basilica).
