This event is part of Quantum Words Perth, Western Australia’s first writers festival dedicated specifically to writing about science, creativity and the spaces in which they intersect.

The Festival, to be held at the State Theatre Centre from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th November, will bring together outstanding thinkers, scientists and creators from across Australia and overseas to engage in conversations about the ways in which we come to understand ourselves, our world, and the expansive universe we live within.

Presented by Writing WA in association with Writing NSW, Quantum Words Perth will delve into everything from climate change to orangutan protection, water, “alternative facts”, and Indigenous knowledge.
