Long Table Discussion: Unprecedented Times (expired event)

In collaboration with the Art Gallery of Western Australia, PICA Guest curator Glenn Iseger-Pilkington will host this Long Table Discussion, bringing together diverse voices of First Nations people.

The diverse voice of First Nations people living and working on Whadjuk Nyoongar Boodja and invite them to reflect on recent political, cultural and social upheaval and respond to the proposition ‘what does life look like for First Nations People in 2031?’. Guests include Carol Innes, Carly Lane, Cassie Lynch, Esther McDowell (Yabini Kickett), Elisha Jacobs-Smith, Devina McPherson, and Taryne Laffar. The Long Table is a dinner party structured by etiquette, where conversation is the only course.
