A night of drama and superb musicianship as WAAPA's three leading instrumentalists join the WAAPA Symphony Orchestra to battle it out in the final of the prestigious 2019 Warana Prize, as each student performs their favourite concerto movement. To round out the program, inspirational conductor Peter Moore leads the orchestra in Mendelssohn's evocative Hebrides Overture and Elgar's beloved Enigma Variations. A wonderful evening of orchestral music at its best.
