Foreshore Revegetation Community Planting Event (expired event)

Calling all green thumbs! Grab your Gardening tools, gloves, bucket and water bottle and head down to Jurien Bay Memorial Park to get involved in the revegetation of our foredunes.

Jurien Bay Regional Herbarium Group have grown native plants from seeds collected from the foredune area of Jurien Bay. Plant species grown include, Basket Bush, Berry Saltbush, Single Sided Bottlebrush, Coastal Daisybush, Native Wisteria, Dune Sheoak and Grey Cottonheads.

Now that the plants are established its time to get them in the ground. Grab your gardening tools, gloves, bucket and water bottle and head down to Jurien Bay Memorial Park to get involved in the revegetation of Jurien Bay's fordunes.

Please ensure you sign in as per COVID-19 requirements and listen to the personal safety and planting techniques talk prior to participating.
