In celebration of International Chenin Blanc Day, enjoy a 5-course dinner created and presented by Head Chef, Marco Aglitti, matched to outstanding Chenin Blanc wines from the Swan Valley
The wines features are from RiverBank Estate, Corymbia, John Kosovich and Vino Volta and will presented by each winemaker on the night. In consultation with RiverBank’s Senior Winemaker, Troy Overstone, the pair has created a delectable five-course menu that will complement each of the winery’s Chenin Blancs. Dishes will include fresh crayfish and marron from RiverBank’s live seafood tanks, as well as locally-sourced produce from the Swan Valley.
