A second storey extension allowed this home to gain more space and to capture city views.

The reason for this renovation was modernising the home, increasing the space and increasing the functionality of the living area. They also wanted to create a kids zone with large rooms and plenty of space for them to grow in to.

- A seamless second storey was added to the home incorporating generously sized children’s bedrooms, a bathroom and an activity room with a balcony taking in city and school ground views.
- The living area was improved with a new kitchen and stacker doors leading out to the alfresco. The functional and modern kitchen incorporated expansive bench space with a breakfast bar and bi-fold servery window.
- All the wet areas of the home were modernised including the creation of an enormous laundry.
