The home was designed to take advantage of its northern orientation and prominent corner location. The tiered entry path leads the visitor past the swimming pool and into the home opening up into generous ground floor Living Areas. This home epitomises modern day living on a tighter urban blocks that is becoming more prevalent. The clients were keen to achieve a contemporary and minimalist aesthetic with a limited palette of materials to create a modern icon, whilst achieving a practical home environment.
