Since planting its first vines in 1993, Sittella Winery has blazed a trail of success, earning a smooth collection of accolades and awards for its wines and hospitality.
Its achievements were never hurried, with owners Simon and Maaike Berns opting
to take things slow and steady while they fine-tuned every feature of the winery.
Even after opening their cellar door and restaurant in 1998, they continued to pace themselves, only opening on weekends and offering a very simple menu. A few years later, with a stellar team of staff behind them, Simon and Maaike began to realise they had created an extremely successful business.

Today, Sittella Winery is one of the Swan Valley's most popular destinations for wine tastings, lunches and events. Its breathtaking location is framed with rolling hills and vineyards, and is only 30 minutes from the CBD.
Sittella Winery's architectural design is a charming blend of the southwest and the Mediterranean, with a large undercover decked verandah that seamlessly connects to the main function room.
The Castlereigh Rotunda, positioned among beautiful gardens by a lake on the grounds of the winery, is a picturesque location to tie the knot before a reception on the verandah.
