Looks To Quill specialises in Semi Permanent Makeup/Cosmetic Tattoo procedures with brows being the main focus. Brows accentuate the eyes, shape the face and even show our emotions so they deserve some extra attention.

A range of semi-permanent brow solutions are available including microblading (feather/hairstroke) technique and also the machine technique which can be used to create powder, ombre and combination brows.

Aileen has undergone several different trainings to perfect the art of semi-permanent brows and is proud to currently be Perth's only Everlasting Brow Artist.
