The Kambah Pool to Pine Island Walking Trail in Tuggeranong, Canberra is a stunning seven-kilometre long trail that offers breathtaking views and natural scenery.

It is a marked walking trail with a moderate level of difficulty suitable for walkers of varying fitness levels. Along the trail, walkers have the opportunity to explore the beauty of the surrounding landscape. A short side trail leads to the magnificent Red Rocks Gorge, where visitors can see amazing rock formations and stunning views. Continuing along the trail, walkers can observe unique wildlife and vegetation along the banks of the Murrumbidgee River. There are plenty of opportunities to stop and appreciate the tranquil views, take photographs, or have a picnic.

The Kambah Pool to Pine Island Walking Trail is open all year round. It is recommended to visit during the cooler months from March to November, as temperatures can reach up to 35°C during the summer months. Spring or Autumn are the best times to visit to experience nature's beauty at its peak.

To get to the trail, it is a 20-minute drive from the city centre. Take the Tuggeranong Parkway to the Kambah Pool Road exit, which will lead you to the car park. Alternatively, public transport is available, with the nearest bus stop being a 15-minute walk from the Kambah Pool car park.

Visitors should be aware that there is a nude bathing area located 200m downstream from Kambah Pool. Signposts clearly indicate the area, which is popular among visitors.
