Valley of the Giants Honey is run by brother and sister team, Kim & Viv. They first started keeping bees as a hobby to produce raw, Australian honey for the family.
As the demand for their honey from neighbours and visitors to the Tree Top Walk soared, they got busy and expanded our output.
