Interested in trying a new sport? Rowing at WARC is open to anyone! Over 5 sessions we'll introduce you to rowing on the picturesque Perth Esplanade. Come and join our 150+ awesome members!
Interested in trying a new sport? Rowing at Westies is open to anyone – any age, gender or walk of life! We have rowers at our club ranging from National Team athletes to our club patriarch who celebrated his 89th birthday this year with his daily row.
Our awesome volunteers will introduce you to the basics of the sport and beyond. Upon completing a Learn to Row course you'll have the skills required to join Westies and row with us for our club season, or any other of WA's 13 rowing clubs.
Course 1 begins on Fri 14th October and runs over 5 sessions - Fri 14th, Sun 16th, Wed 19th, Fri 21st and Sun 23rd. Weekday sessions are 5:15-7:15am and Sundays are 6am-8am. Courses are $195 in small groups of 4-8. Our boatshed is located right next to the Bell Tower on Riverside Drive, with plenty of parking available in the mornings.
