Events Northern Suburbs Branch, Wildflower Society of WA

80 Landsdale Rd, Darch, WA 6065

Description

Turn one plant into many and expand your garden for free! Learn to grow new native plants from cuttings or by collecting and sowing seed.

Taking cuttings and growing them into healthy new plants can be daunting but is actually quite simple and an easy way to turn one plant into many plants.

The WA Wildflower Society grows thousands of plants each year using simple propagation techniques. Join us for the morning and learn how we do it. You will work along side one of our friendly volunteers and gain hands-on experience in taking cutting material from healthy plants, potting up rooted cutting, sowing seeds or potting up seedlings.

There is no need to let us know you are coming, simply turn up on a day that is convenient for you from 9am. Morning tea is provided.
