Lawson Picnic Ground

Lawson Picnic Ground in Labertouche is a great spot for picnics and nature lovers.

It is located at the corner of Forest and Tea Tree Roads, in the Bunyip State Forest. The picnic ground offers plenty of tables and a large lawn for picnics, as well as a BBQ area and a pit toilet. Visitors can also take the Discovery Trail for a walk and enjoy the Lawson Falls hike, which offers stunning views of the falls and surrounding nature. The best time to visit is during the warmer months, from November to March, but visitors should be aware of the bushfire risk in the area. To get to Lawson Picnic Ground, visitors can drive to the corner of Forest and Tea Tree Roads and park at the nearby car park.
