Located in the stunning New South Wales South Coast, Burrewarra Point Banksia Walk offers a leisurely and picturesque stroll to Burrewarra Point Lighthouse.

The walk begins at the car park and takes visitors through a dense coastal forest filled with banksia trees, providing a haven for local birdlife, and features scenic views of the rugged shoreline. The active Burrewarra Point Lighthouse is a major attraction of the walk. Constructed in 1974, it is perched on towering cliffs offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Visitors can capture stunning pictures of the scenic coastline and watch seabirds soar over the ocean. Visitors can also explore the remains of the concrete igloo buildings of No. 17 Radar Station, which were used by the Royal Australian Airforce during World War II. The structures offer insight into Australia's role in the war. A commemorative plaque has been erected in acknowledgement of the No. 17 Radar Station's historical significance. Visitors can reflect on the sacrifices made by the brave men and women of the Australian Defence Force. Burrewarra Point Banksia Walk is easily accessible from Broulee and Batemans Bay.
