George's Bar

George's Bar is a dive bar located at 120 Johnston Street in Fitzroy, Victoria.

Originally themed around the Seinfeld character George Costanza, the bar has since dropped the theme and now has a chilled-out attitude and friendly bar staff. Filled with signed Seinfeld memorabilia and paste-ups, the bar serves a variety of food and drinks, including well-named toasties and cocktails such as The Hand Model and The Marisa Tomei. With a relaxed and casual atmosphere and a lack of pretension, George's Bar is known for its laid-back vibe and welcoming bar staff. It is open from 6:00pm to 1:00am on Mondays.
