Visitors can access Harris Dam year-round, with the months between September and April being the best time to visit. To get there, follow the Coalfields Highway and turn onto Harris River Road. Swimming, fishing, and camping are not permitted, but dogs are welcome on a leash. Toilet facilities are available on-site.
