The Casula Powerhouse Arts Center is a Liverpool City Council cultural facility on the banks of the Georges River.
In 1955, a 250-foot (76 m) tall chimney was built to replace four shorter chimneys, allowing smoke to draw into residents' homes and stain their clothes.[1]
