Caroline Springs is a suburb located 21 km west of Melbourne's Central Business District, within the City of Melton local government area.

Developed on greenfield land since 1999 by Delfin, in partnership with the original landowners, the suburb is largely car-dependent, with just one main arterial road, Caroline Springs Boulevard, which connects to the Deer Park Bypass and the Western Highway in the south.

The Parkway is one of the top attractions in Caroline Springs, offering visitors breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Other outdoor activities that visitors can enjoy include Woodlea Playground, Taylors Hill Community Centre Playground, Lake Caroline Reserve, and Lucas Terrace Reserve. Visitors can also explore the town square and main shopping centre, known as CS Square, and a man-made lake known as Lake Caroline.

The best time to visit Caroline Springs is during the summer months of December to February when the weather is warm and sunny.

The best way to get to Caroline Springs is by car. The suburb is easily accessible via the Western Highway or the Deer Park Bypass, both of which connect to Caroline Springs Boulevard.
