At Gemtree, we make gem fossicking fun and rewarding. Our tagalong tours depart daily at 8.30am (7.30am during summer) to nearby gemfields and bookings are essential.

With the right equipment and the local knowledge of your guide, you'll be able to find your own gemstones. After that, you can have your gems cut and polished or set in jewellery as a souvenir of your outback experience. We also have a selection of 9 carat gold and sterling silver jewellery in our gemroom. We offer tagalong tours from half day to full day, as well as self-drive four-wheel drive tours where mud maps of the region are provided. A security record is required and checked upon your return.
